Ticket Office Hours
The Lancaster Symphony office is generally open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm with modified hours for holidays and during concert weeks.
Ticket Pricing and Discounts
Ticket prices vary according to concert series (classic concert series, holiday concert, pops). Classic Concert Series tickets generally range from $27.50 – $63.50.
Special prices are available for current Symphony Subscribers, patrons 17-years and younger, and for active college students (see Student Rush). The Symphony has a no refund policy.
In the event that the symphony should have to cancel a concert, patrons may request a refund for up to 14 days after the date of the canceled concert.

For concerts at the Fulton Theatre, metered on-street parking or parking at the Hager Lots (Prince and King Streets, Lancaster), the Prince Street Garage (111 N Prince St, Lancaster), and the Central Garage (43 S Prince St, Lancaster) is available.
For concerts at the Millersville University Winter Center, parking is available in open lots on Cove Drive or in the Gaige Parking Garage (corner of N Prince St and W Cottage Ave, Millersville).
For the concert at the Willow Valley Cultural Center, parking is available in the lots in front of and behind the venue.
Ticket Exchanges / Donations
With at least 24-hour notice before their scheduled performance, Symphony Subscribers may exchange their ticket reservations for any other Classic Series performance. Tickets cannot be exchanged for missed performances. Ticket exchanges are not available for non-subscribers
Simply show your concert tickets to receive a 10% discount at a participating restaurant (see Restaurant Partners for a full listing). This discount is only available on concert dates and cannot be applied to alcohol or gratuity. Check with your server at the start of the meal to verify the discount is being offered. Discounts are honored at the discretion of the restaurant manager.
The Symphony does not cancel concerts due to inclement weather. Concerts can only be performed on very limited dates provided by the performance venues and therefore, even with inclement weather, the Symphony is still responsible for paying our personnel, musicians, and venue rental fees. No refunds will be given for missed performances due to weather.
The Lancaster Symphony issues ticket vouchers for various special events, and special community groups throughout the season. Ticket vouchers are generally good for tickets to any Classic Series performance. Ticket vouchers do not have monetary value and therefore cannot be redeemed for cash and/or be applied toward other purchases. Ticket vouchers are not guaranteed seating until they are redeemed through the box office or by going online and redeeming for tickets. For the best available seating, we recommend making your reservation well in advance of the concert you would like to attend. Tickets can be held at will-call or be mailed to you and cannot be exchanged once redeemed.
